With increasing competition and wholesale upsurge, I was tasked to re-imagine the experience strategy for adidas loyalty program adopting a strategic design approach to membership, defining the why, the how, and the way, and bringing all the pieces together to make it happen. 

This project was truly an analogy of aligning customer-business-technology challenges. We started with fuzzy questions and unclear areas, a terrain to be discovered, where I was continously uplifted by senior leadership to guide multiple teams to a shared direction.

On this project, we used tools and methodologies from product design and strategy, digital growth and innovation management. My role spanned from design strategist to product designer to a short stint as product owner.
